"Chi-Care has partnered with Afterfund for the last year and a half, and we've had 3 meal distributions from the profits we received from the fund."
— Arham, Chi-Care

After 6 months, donations grew from halal investments on average 10.9%. Profits got distributed to provide new meals, while initial donations stayed invested to continue growing.
Donors got their dashboards in which they could see how much their donations grew, and the perpetual impact they are creating. This lead them to donate more and invite friends.

In November 2024, donations grew for the third time with an average growth of 10.7%. Chi-Care decided to create “Afterfund Week”, during which profits were buying new meals for the hungry.
Afterfund team visited Chi-Care to participate in giving out the meals.
After seeing how Afterfund provides continuous income, Chi-Care decided to switch all their donations to Afterfund and build self-sustainability without compromising immediate needs.
To enable this, Chi-Care simply added Afterfund’s Donation Widget to their website to collect donations.

Then, they turned on the feature of split donations—where a certain percentage of every donation is available for immediate needs and the remaining amount is automatically invested.
After enabling this feature, Afterfund takes care of the rest - donations get processed, part of every donation is automatically invested.

This way, cash flow needs are taken care of while Chi-Care steadily make progress on their path to sustainability.
As their Afterfund grows in size, Chi-Care will be less and less reliant on immediate needs, until they become fully sustainable, in sha Allah.

As Afterfund legacy continues, you can join our journey in two ways:
Dobro.ba’s Orphans Afterfund growth immediately provided continuous support for orphans when unexpected floods hit Jablanica, Bosnia.
IOST, a masjid in upstate New York, established continuous income for their library with Afterfund.
